Returns and Refunds

DOES THE NECESSITIES COMPANY PROVIDE RETURNS AND REFUNDS ON ITS PRODUCTS? 

 

Yes because we’re committed to making you happy. Each product is hand checked by a member of THE NECESSITIES COMPANY before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best!

If you discover a misprint/damage/defect with the product you have received, please take Videos and pictures of the defect and contact hello@thenecessities.store within 7 days upon receiving the order. The video and pictures of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact.

All the Returns/Refunds/Store credit will be issued only after the Products have been received and inspected by the team to confirm whether they meet our Return/Refund eligible criteria above.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
